該生產(chǎn)流水線前道采用半自動方式，后道（醒發(fā)后）采用全自動的生產(chǎn)。隧道爐采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)式，使面包烘烤顏色均勻，成形效果良好，采用自動翻盤脫模方式。
